We apply research by:

We apply research in thoughtful and practical ways to support each horse as an individual. Here are a few examples:

We address behavioral and welfare concerns by looking at the full picture of a horse's life, including past experiences and current conditions. For Mona, a mare with a history of abuse, we created a personalized plan to ease her anxiety and build her sense of safety. Her past trauma and current environment were both carefully considered.

We provide behavioral assessments for horses before adoption, rehoming or purchase. These come with detailed reports to help ensure a smooth transition and ongoing care. Before a family adopted Max, a gelding, we completed an assessment that helped them understand his temperament, preferences and needs.

We support horses during major life changes, including moves to new homes or shifts in discipline. When Luna, a show jumping mare, began training for dressage, we designed a gradual training plan and offered guidance to help her adjust comfortably to her new stable and routine.

We help young horses build a strong emotional and social foundation early in life. For Sparky, a young colt, we created a program focused on socialization, positive experiences and gentle exposure to new environments. This helped him grow into a more confident and resilient horse.
